Years ago I heard a short piece by Glazunov, "The Nightingale" (Nereid) on the old GMN website. There was very little to go on beyond that and it took easily five years to finally obtain a CD of Glazunov vocal solos.
Now on the MUSIClassical station on Live365 I heard a selection titled; "Chrysanthemums" recorded by the Philharmonic Strings of Berlin. An advanced information search revealed that it was, in fact, "Crisantemi" by Puccini. Not so! Alas, I have nothing more to go on than that. Attempts to contact Musiclassical have failed. Has anyone else experienced erroneous titles or composers? Would like to know how prevalent this really is.
